Dubai, Nov 13, 2011: At this year’s Dubai International Motor Show, Chrysler Group Middle East is showcasing an impressive array of vehicles across the Chrysler Group LLC brands – Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge and Ram – demonstrating Chrysler’s commitment to offer its Middle East customers vehicles that are at the cutting edge of quality, design and technology.
“Over the past year, Chrysler Group Middle East has enjoyed tremendous growth, with sales consistently showing a significant increase since 2008”, said Jack Rodencal, Managing Director, Chrysler Group Middle East. “The Middle East has always played an important role globally, making a major contribution to Chrysler Group’s worldwide sales, and we expect this to continue.”
Making their Middle East premieres at the show are the all-new 6.4-litre HEMI® powered 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 – the fastest Jeep ever built; the 2012 6.4-litre HEMI® Dodge Challenger SRT8 and the highly acclaimed all-new Chrysler 300C.
Design is another highlight of Chrysler Groups’ participation in this year’s show, and Klaus Busse, Head of Interior Design, Chrysler Group LLC, is visiting the Dubai International Motor Show, further proof of the importance of the Middle East market to the company.
“Although it is thought that most purchase decisions are based on research and some logical reasoning, I feel one of the most important factors is the emotional response to the design that plays a most important role,” said Busse, commenting on Chrysler’s dedication to design. “Exterior design captivates but the interior keeps you motivated to enjoy your vehicle by providing the necessary ambience to enjoy the joys of motoring.”

At the Chrysler stand, a series of raffle draws gives visitors the chance to win amazing prizes, including Beats Solo Headphones, Call of Duty: MW3 games (which will be launched globally, just two days before the Motorshow) and Al Jaber Optical vouchers. The visitors only have to register for a test drive to stand a chance to win. Stylish Dodge iPhone skins are also being distributed every day. The raffle draws will take place on the 11th, 12th and 14th at 7.30pm with Virgin Radio RJ Kris Fade.
