The sixth edition of Qatar Motor Show will showcase the latest automotive models, engaging games and lifestyle merchandise, with daily parades taking the excitement beyond the motor show venue. The five day event is free for all.

 

A repeat treat to the latest shown at Dubai and then, some more!

AUTOMOBILE SHOW: Exhibitors include Audi, BMW, Bosch, Cadillac, Castrol, Chrysler, Continental, Dodge, Ducati, Ferrari, Ford, GMC, Harley Davidson (NBK), Infinity, Jaguar, Jeep, KTM, Land Rover, Lexus, Maserati, Maxus, Mercedes Benz, Mini, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Piaggio, Porsche, RAM, Renault, Rolls Royce, Sand X, Titanium, Toyota, Triumph, VW and Ziebart.

The motor show will feature competitions for visitors to win exclusive gifts and experiences, like hotel treats at the Marriot Marquis. F1 simulator rides on the state of the art Evotek Technology and appearances from famous names in motoring are other reasons to visit. Horacio Pagani, the inspirational automotive designer and founder of Pagani Automobili is tipped to be there, too, sharing his industry insights and experiences as the force behind the award winning cars, Zonda and Huayra. Qatar has a bunch of well known racing pros, and some of them may be expected to show up for meet and greets, adding to the excitement!

Carbon drones will also be on display

OUTDOOR FUN: This edition will add an interactive and experiential outdoor fanzone for all ages, featuring activities like 4×4 off-road demonstrations from Nissan, motorbike stunts and displays from Red Bull, and test drive ops for visitors. In addition, Qatar’s Ministry of Interior’s Traffic Department will offer child-friendly activities at their stand.

OTHER EVENTS: On 29th January, Red Bull will host the opening competition of the Red Bull Car Park Drifting Championship 2016 at the Corniche, and for those who can’t make it there, livestreaming will be available in the outdoor fanzone of the Doha Exhibition and Conference Centre. The 5-day event will also see daily parades of unique and exciting cars that will travel around the West Bay.

Qatar Motor Show 2016 takes place at the Doha Exhibition and Conference Center and is free of charge for all visitors to attend. Online pre-registration is recommended to gain fast-track entry to the show. Visitors can register via www.qatarmotorshow.gov.qa.
