The all-new Nissan Pathfinder Concept car was officially revealed at the Detroit Motor Show today. Now, in its fourth generation the Pathfinder had undergone changes not long ago with mixed response and the Japanese carmaker had pledged to turn the car into a sleeker, more aerodynamic SUV.
The car lives up to the promise with a sleeker design – a gently sloping roofline, sculpted sides and a low belt line. The much more distinctive front-end design, with a new front grille, bumper and headlights also defines its character.
Formatted in three rows of seating, the Nissan Pathfinder will continue to seat 7 but, going by the firm’s earlier words, should be now featuring an all-new platform. It’s anyone’s guess that the Pathfinder will keep its impressive load capacity, despite the focus-shift to a sleeker design.
