Range Rover has launched its pure electric version. The luxury SUV with its new powertrain will flag off a new era of enhanced refinement and capability. The first electric Range Rover will continue being built in Solihull – the home of Range Rover since 1970.
Being electric, this Range Rover will have more torque and yet be quieter than any Range seen so far. Two 260kW motors achieves V8 levels of power effortlessly putting up a near-silent performance. With an output of 550PS and 850Nm torque, the electric Range Rover can drive for up to 598.6 km or 372 miles (WLTP) range1

Drive and capability
The electric Range Rover does not compromise on legendary Range Rover level of performance on and off road, including wading through up to 900mm of water. Revolutionary traction management responds in as little as 50 milliseconds, 100 times faster than a combustion-engine equivalent.
Single-pedal driving enables Range Rover Electric to effortlessly climb slopes up to 45 degrees, while lower centre of gravity and twin-chamber air suspension enhance driving dynamics
Charging and power
Double-stacked 118.5kWh battery with 800-volt technology and split-charging sets best of industry standard and enables DC charging from 10-80% in 22 mins or adds 137 miles (220km) in 10 mins (WLTP)2

Range Rover first; Electric second
Aerodynamically optimised grille, wheels and tailored underbody to maximise driving range. Tested and driven the equivalent of 38 times around the world, along with 250,000 hours of virtual tests.
Arguably this is going to be the most patented Range Rover ever. With 300 patent applications filed, including ThermAssistTM heat management technology and Range Rover’s own design of battery and motors made at JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre in the UK
With this, JLR completes the flexible propulsion strategy, now featuring mild-hybrid, plug-in hybrid, ICE models and pure-electric – all on the same architecture and manufactured at Solihull
Curated First Edition is available with a luxurious specification in Belgravia Green, Santorini Black or Varesine Blue with newly introduced Light Cloud UltrafabricsTM PU and KvadratTM interior
